All DashLab subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → DashLab → Cancel Subscription.
Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. After it expires, you keep your account and workout history — only the AI coaching and plan features turn off.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Install DashLab on the new device, sign in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, and open Settings → Restore Purchases. Your subscription should reappear within a few seconds.
If it doesn't, email support@dashlab.us with a screenshot of your Apple receipt and we'll get you sorted.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple, not DashLab. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund for the most recent DashLab charge.
Apple reviews each request individually. If you have trouble or believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@dashlab.us and we'll help you make the case.
I was charged, but DashLab doesn't show me as a subscriber.
Force-quit DashLab, reopen it, and pull down to refresh on the Home tab. If that doesn't fix it, tap Settings → Restore Purchases.
Still stuck? Email support@dashlab.us with a screenshot of your Apple receipt — we'll reconcile your account manually within one business day.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Email support@dashlab.us from the address tied to your account. We'll permanently delete your account and every workout, plan, and AI chat message tied to it — within 30 days — and confirm by email when it's done.
If you signed in with Apple or Google, mention that in your email so we can locate the right account.
I forgot my password — or I can't sign in at all.
From the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password to receive a reset link by email. Check your spam folder if it doesn't show up within a minute.
If you originally signed in with Apple or Google, there is no password to reset — use that same method to sign back in. Still stuck? Email support@dashlab.us.
